Garner leads and drive sales among Latin American buyers and realtors, predominantly direct buyers and realtors that travel and do extensive business in the region.
LINKS launched an extensive, multi-platform campaign through out Panama, Venezuela and –to a lesser extent- the rest of South America and Canada. Print mediums, such as local newspapers, local lifestyle publications, regional business publications and in-flight magazines were used to target both our direct buyer –the corporate traveler- and realtors. The international print campaign was complemented by a strong digital and e-marketing campaign to lend support to the on-going print campaign in Latin American markets, and some key US markets. On a more local level, Panamanian newspapers were utilized to brand the property within its market, as was a continuous out of home campaign near the actual site of the property.
Through a regional, multi-platform, integrated advertising and marketing campaign, LINKS helped garner an increase in sales; currently, approximately 70% of the units have been sold. LINKS also helped develop and leverage partnerships for Trump Ocean Club within the region, such as the mutually beneficial relationship that was formed with E! Entertainment Television in Central America.
