LINKS launched an extensive print campaign throughout South Florida and New York targeting real estate developers, brokers, as well as, consumers. The campaign targeting brokers and developers focused on industry-related and financial publications, and sought to bring light to TUI’s broker-referral program and grow relationships with local and national real estate developers. The campaign targeting consumers directly focused on lifestyle, society and fashion related publications, and sought to draw both local and international consumers. These print campaigns were complimented by out of home and digital components to increase the reach, visibility and impact of the on-going branding campaign. It was further complimented by an aggressive added value strategy that negotiated editorial, additional advertising pages (or months in the case of the out of home), e-mail blast to readers, social media shout-outs, online digital campaigns, event inclusions and event sponsorships at no added cost to the client.
Through a multi-platform, integrated campaign, LINKS helped garner an increase in sales, helped leverage partnerships for TUI Lifestyle and helped expand the brand directly into Panama. In addition to an increase in sales and traffic to the local showrooms, throughout the branding campaign, new TUI Lifestyle showrooms – in addition to those in NYC and Miami- and authorized dealers were solidified in Scottsdale, Panama, Toronto, Atlanta and Pasadena. Further relationships were also formed to showcase TUI Lifestyle in the showrooms of developments such as: Residences at the W NY, Epic Residences, Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa, City Center Las Vegas, Trump Towers Panama, Trump Royale, Midtown Miami, Icon Brickell, City Place South Tower, and the list goes on.
