The purpose of the campaign was to create brand awareness among the local South Florida community (both permanent and transient) and increase recognition and sales from both local and international real estate developers and local and international direct consumers.
LINKS launched an extensive print campaign throughout South Florida targeting consumers, international buyers as well as interior designers. The campaign which targeted consumers directly focused on lifestyle, society and fashion related publications, and sought to draw both local and international consumers. The campaign which targeted high end interior designers focused on Industry related magazines with the objective to inform not only the interior designer community but consumers looking for new ideas to furnish their home with Armani Casa Miami. It was further complimented by an aggressive added value strategy that negotiated editorial, additional advertising pages, e-mail blast to readers, social media shout-outs, and event sponsorships at no added cost to the client.
Through a multi-platform, integrated campaign, LINKS helped garner an increase in sales and success in brand recognition throughout the South Florida community. We were able to position Armani Casa Miami as one of the foremost luxury and high-end furniture stores in the Design District of Miami, and throughout the Miami DMA. In addition, we increased traffic to the local showroom, throughout the entirety of the campaign. Lastly, Armani Casa will be able to furnish a special real estate project in Miami (although the name of the project can not be revealed just yet).
